Cookies we use

We keep this list short. We run no advertising trackers at all, and the one analytics tool we use is loaded only if you accept it.

• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection challenge on our contact, demo, and chat forms. It sets a short-lived cookie to confirm a form submission came from a real visitor rather than a script. No advertising or tracking purpose. Necessary for the forms to work, so it is not part of the consent choice.
• Admin session — a technical, staff-only login cookie for the team members who edit this site's content. It is not set for regular visitors.
• Google Analytics — measures which pages visitors read and where they arrive from, so we know what to write next. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your page address, referrer, approximate location, and device and browser details. It is loaded only after you choose Accept on the cookie bar. If you choose Reject, or have not chosen yet, no request is made to Google at all and no analytics cookie is set.

Browser storage (not a cookie, same idea)

If you use the live chat widget, we store a conversation identifier in your browser's local storage so the same conversation resumes if you come back later. It contains no personal data by itself — it's a reference used to fetch your conversation.

Your cookie choice is stored the same way, as a single accept-or-reject value. That is how the bar knows not to ask you again, and how the site knows whether analytics may load.

Information you give us directly

When you submit a contact, demo, get-started, or chat form, we store what you entered — name, business email, company, and your message — to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

The cookie bar asks once, and Reject is one click in the same place as Accept. Rejecting means Google Analytics is never loaded for you — not loaded and then switched off, but never requested.

To change your mind either way, clear this site's cookies and local storage through your browser settings. The bar then asks again on your next visit. Clearing also ends any active chat session.
