We build the platform IT teams live in

Monitic exists because of a pattern we kept seeing in real IT departments: capable teams spending their days not on IT, but on the seams between IT tools. An RMM in one tab, a helpdesk in another, a patch console in a third, a SIEM somewhere else, a password vault behind that — and a technician alt-tabbing between all of them to resolve a single user's problem. The tools were fine. The sum of them was the problem.

We decided the sum was the product. Monitic is one agent and one console for the whole span of IT work: endpoint management, patch management, an ITSM service desk, remote access, security and compliance, privileged access, backup monitoring, virtualization, reporting, and an AI assistant that works across all of it.

Why we built it

Every consolidated platform starts with someone refusing to accept the default. The default in IT management is that RMM vendors do monitoring, ITSM vendors do tickets, security vendors do detection, and integration is the customer's problem. That default produces the six-console day — and a per-endpoint bill that quietly multiplies with every renewal.

We built Monitic on a different premise: the endpoint is one thing, so managing it should be one thing. The same agent that inventories a laptop should patch it, watch its disks, stream its screen for support, check its compliance posture, and feed its events to detection. When all of that lands in one data model, the ticket knows about the device, the alert knows about the patch level, and the AI can reason across the whole picture instead of a fragment of it.

What we believe

Act, don't just alert. Most platforms in this market are excellent at telling you something is wrong. We measure ourselves on whether the platform can fix it — deploy the patch, run the script, restart the service, close the loop. Monitoring that ends in a notification is homework; monitoring that ends in an action is a product.

One data model beats six integrations. Every connector between two tools is a place where context dies. We keep devices, tickets, patches, vulnerabilities, sessions, and audit events in one model so that nothing has to be re-joined, re-synced, or re-explained — to a human or to an AI.

Security is embedded, not bolted on. Compliance checks, vulnerability visibility, privileged access, and audit logging are core modules of the platform, not a partner sticker. And the AI that acts on your fleet acts under approval gates, scoped permissions, and a full audit trail — because an AI with hands must also have handcuffs. You can read how we approach platform security in the Trust Center.

An engineering-led company

Monitic is built by engineers who operate infrastructure themselves, and it shows in the priorities: a single lightweight agent instead of a stack of them, commercial scope aligned to the environment, and a full-featured trial instead of a crippled sandbox. Product decisions start from the question "what does the technician at 2 a.m. need" — and end with what the CIO needs to defend the budget.

We ship continuously, we document what we ship, and we put the platform in your hands before we ask for anything: the free trial is every module, 14 days, no credit card.

Who Monitic is for

Internal IT teams that want their whole estate in one place — see solutions for internal IT. Managed service providers who need multi-tenancy, white-labeling, and margin — see the MSP area. Security teams that want detection and remediation on the same console — see security operations. Finance leaders can review the operating scope and request commercial terms for their environment through IT consolidation and pricing.

Talk to the people who build it

We're a product company, so the best introduction is the product itself. Start a free trial and run Monitic on your own fleet, get a demo if you want a guided walkthrough, or contact us — sales, support, and partnership inquiries all get a response within one business day.
